I decided to buy winter tires as I heard edmonton gets a lot of snow. When I went in to buy the tires, they were not in Stock but was told they would be ordered and delivered to this fountain tire location in no more than 5 business days.
This was ordered Friday morning. I had some free time so I went in to the location to see if the tires had already come in Wednesday. I was informed that they had not come in yet but had spoken to the warehouse and that they would be here Friday. Friday afternoon came and I received a call stating that a mistake was made and my tires, which were already paid for, were NEVER ordered.
What kind of business is this? The person I spoke with on the phone, Scott was incompetent.
