I posted this same question at weather. I purchased a new computer and am trying to get this app installed. I have the Weather Channel App for Windows 10 installed on my main computer.
I do not trust downloading the Weather Channel App from a 3rd party site, because there are usually viruses and malware on those sites. This thread is locked. I tried to delete the Weather App on the ipad without luck and then from all devices and reload them, and now my iphone is also not showing extended premium features and also showing adds.
If, I try to get refund I am told that I can only cancel the subscription starting at the end of initial subscription year which is at the end of this year fee not refundable but I can use the application until the end of the year with advertisements. Furthermore, their FAQ and support pages do not have anything to say about what to do with premium features installation failure.

Through everything the app has always been there for me, telling me an accurate forecast and alerting me with weather notifications. Sometimes getting notifications from the weather channel app is even better than getting a text from my boyfriend. The weather channel app is easily my favorite app.

This weather app is significantly more detailed and accurate than the pre-installed Apple weather app. It has been my weather app of choice for years. When in the app I have to scroll so far down past so many ads to try to see all the different weather information available. If you could just AT LEAST turn off those useless notifications that I never said yes to, that would be great, but unfortunately there is no option for me to do that so as long as I have the app installed I will continue to receive these useless news notifications more frequently than I am provided any weather notifications.
